Return Policy

Our vendors offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Follow return instructions provided with packaging first.

If no instructions, you can contact us at hello@kerchieves.com or visit Your Account to request a refund. Please note that returns may need to be sent to the address provided by our dropshipping vendors. Contact us to obtain the correct return address and further instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it as necessary.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about your specific item, feel free to get in touch with us.

Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For items shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. As stated above, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

Once the vendor has received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
